1. The service

Death Walk is a persistent-world online game operated from Australia. By creating an account or playing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to play. Death Walk depicts crime, violence and gambling-like mechanics in a fictional setting and is not suitable for minors.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Access requires a subscription (currently offered with a 30-day free trial). Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD to your saved payment method until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Virtual currency

Schillings (₴) are a virtual currency with no real-world value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged or refunded for money, and may be adjusted, reset or removed to preserve game balance or correct errors. Purchases of Schillings are final except where required by law.

5. Permanent consequences

Death Walk is designed around permanence: characters can die permanently, items can be lost, and in-game money can be stolen by other players as part of normal gameplay. These outcomes are features of the game and are not compensable.

6. Conduct

• No cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or automating play.
• No harassment, hate speech, or real-world threats in chat.
• No buying or selling accounts, characters, or Schillings for real money outside the game.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.

7. Service changes

The game world, rules, and features change continuously. We may modify or discontinue features, wipe or migrate world state, or shut the service down. Where reasonably possible we will give notice of material changes.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose consumer guarantees are not excluded), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game.
